Cruise Around the Charleston Harbor Aboard a Luxury Yacht This Weekend
Cruise away from it all this Saturday! Sail for a few hours or spend the weekend on Charleston's most advanced and luxurious yacht, Fate! On August 17th, Charleston Harbor Cruises will offer you a dreamy cruise around the Harbor. Don’t miss it!
Perfect for most people, Charleston Harbor Cruises circle the harbor, depending on winds and currents. Add additional time and you can sail either up the Wando River or out through the Jetties to the Atlantic Ocean or drop anchor and swim. Full day sails have enough time to anchor and swim if you wish. Every day is different as the winds and currents dictate travel directions, no two trips are exactly alike.
Guests can sit back and relax or pilot the sailboat and be as active in the operation of the boat as they wish. If you want to swim, please bring towels and let the team know at the beginning of the charter.
A typical 2-hour harbor cruise will pass by Charleston landmarks such as The Battery, Waterfront Park, and Historic Castle Pinckney. You will usually see dolphins playing in the bow wake or feeding in the shallows. If you are an avid bird watcher, feel free to bring along a pair of binoculars, as there are many species to be seen.
Sailing charters can include any combination of harbor tours or off-shore sailing trips and even yacht racing for up to 6 passengers. If you have more than six guests, or if Fate is booked for the time you want, accommodations can be made on Kismet, a luxury motor yacht. There is a two-hour minimum (dock to dock) for all sails, which can get you to Fort Sumter or Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge and back.
There is a reason Fate is #1 in Charleston. Book a sail today and find out why for yourself! Book your spot online now at www.charlestonsailingcharters.com.
